Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join our team and lead the design and development of landscape projects at multiple scales. This role involves overseeing the design process from concept through documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring a strong integration between landscape, architecture, and context.

The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a strong design sensibility, contributing to projects that engage with climate, territory, and the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of landscape projects from conceptual design through construction documentation
• Coordinate with architecture, urban design, engineering, and environmental consultants
• Oversee technical documentation, including planting plans, details, sections, specifications, and schedules
• Ensure design intent, constructability, and compliance with local codes and regulations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, timelines, and coordination
• Provide technical guidance and design leadership within the landscape team
• Participate in client presentations and design reviews
• Contribute to innovative, site-responsive, and sustainable landscape solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
• 5+ years of professional experience in landscape design and project development
• Strong experience in land planning and territorial-scale projects
• Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong technical knowledge of landscape systems, construction methods, and materials
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• SketchUp or other 3D tools a plus
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to balance conceptual thinking with technical rigor
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability, ecology, and climate-responsive design
