A Senior UX Designer can create useful, intuitive, user-centered designs from project concept through execution. It's not a small or easy task, but it's a fun and rewarding one. You will support team members and provide tactical deliverables to meet project needs. You will help develop concepts and then produce quality site maps, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and annotations with high attention to detail. Your work will be grounded by your participation in research activities such as competitive analyses, heuristic reviews, and usability testing. Perform research, benchmarking, and user testing when needed. Develop wireframes, mockups (UI, create icons, illustration, and animations), and prototypes that clearly illustrate how digital experiences function and look like. Use front-end code like HTML, CSS, Javascript, and the Angular framework to implement the visual interfaces on a real and functional web app. Code review on UI tickets. Document the design system to guarantee the scalability and visual coherence of the project. Identify possible UX/UI improvements on the DP. Helps organize and estimate times for UI/UX tasks. Present ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts
  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and development specialists
  • Develop intuitive and user-centered solutions
  • Create user personas, user cases, user journeys, and user flows
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and user testing
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital experiences
  • Design interfaces for websites, emails, and apps across devices
  • Work with design systems and create scalable UI kits
  • Senior UX projects through the design process
  • Occasionally assist with illustrations, infographics, and business presentations
  • Storyboard complex interactions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Senior creative teams
  • Mentor and Senior creative staff, maintain creative quality
  • Stay updated on UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Demonstrate strong self-management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Advanced English Level (B2 minimum)
  • At least 5+ years of experience in UX Design
  • A degree in design or a design-related work experience (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, interaction design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc.)
  • Prototyping skills demonstrated through various techniques: sketch, paper, wireframe, video, or interactive prototypes
  • High Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Understanding of web and mobile technology
  • Understanding how to use and contribute to design systems
  • Ability to communicate ideas to a diverse audience and constructively integrate feedback
  • Contributes to shaping the strategic experience design approach for projects and initiatives.
