Key Responsibilities

• Support automation and digitalization of reporting processes, enhancing data visualization and improving the efficiency and accuracy of business reports.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain digital tools to strengthen data visibility, operational efficiency, and accuracy within AMS Dispatch.
• Assist in transitioning manual reports into automated dashboards and support data-driven decision making.
• Develop applications in Power Apps and automated workflows in Power Automate to replace manual processes. Integrate data sources and standardize digital reports.
• Act as a subject matter expert/interlock between Operations and Global teams to communicate needs and identify opportunities.
• Contribute innovative ideas to digitalize and automate core functions and tools for ongoing operational effectiveness.
• Support the adoption of technological solutions within Dispatch teams.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.) Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Data visualization and analytics (Power BI, Excel) Automation tools (SharePoint, Smartsheets)
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and continuous improvement mindset
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
• Interest in AI and automation technologies
