Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Floor Associate based in Alajuela, Costa Rica. The Sales Floor Associate will assist customers by providing product recommendations, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience, and maintaining the sales floor. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating product features, organizing stock, processing transactions, and keeping up-to-date with the latest mobile accessories and repair services. The role emphasizes contributing to sales goals, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting team efforts in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Customer service and sales skills, with the ability to engage and assist diverse customers.
- Knowledge of mobile accessories, device functionality, or technical repair terminology is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively.
- Time management and organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient sales floor.
- Previous retail or sales experience in a technology-related environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required, and English knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
