Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Students pursuing a degree in: Systems Engineer(networking information , data networking) Assists in various tasks aligned with their field of study, including research, collaboration on team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills. Includes internships, research roles, visiting scholar positions, or other program-related opportunities.

Management Level Definition:

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully resolve networking technical issues (hardware and software) wire and wireless from incoming internal alerts (proactive notification systems) and external businesses contacts (reactive phone calls).
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement
  • Use our networking tools to proactively assist Network as a Service (NaaS) customers in avoiding or reducing network problems by reviewing and resolving complex business issues. Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid problem occurrence.
  • Ability to understand and work in an organization that is modeled on an Information Technology Information Libraries (ITIL) framework.
  • Ability to work accurately and drive organizational results that are required by our customer Statement of Work (SOW).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Education Required:

    Pursuing Degree in Systems Engineer(networking information , data networking)

  • Knowledge of networking technologies including the OSI Model, IP addressing, network routing, Wi-Fi and authentication. Any of Networking Fundamentals required (CCNA, ARUBA or JUNIPER) or Relevant College Studies in Technical Fields
  • English level 90%, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported, including Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and great customer service skills.
  • Relevant industry qualification where applicable, Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
  • Familiarity with network circuits,  switching equipment, SDWAN technology and satellite communications is a plus.
  • Understanding of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
  • Experience with phone handling systems such as Genesys (If applicable) and Ability to lead resolution activities with escalated customers and Focus on one or more product lines (for example, proactive, reactive, storage, enterprise systems, etc.).

Impact/Scope:

  • University students actively enrolled in a university/college/institution pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study, and who typically works during school breaks and then returns to their university. While this applies to most interns, there may be opportunities for full-time students to work as part-time interns during the school year in some countries.
