The ideal candidate will be energetic, ready to learn and in the process be defining improvement opportunities within the digital workflow. Specifically, the Digital Processing Technician will post process digital 3D files.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for daily digital scan data processing.
• Ensuring on time delivery for all cases global wide to production facilities.
• Providing support for Customer Service, digital modification requests and Research & Development projects.
• Quality Responsible for manufacturing process
• Performing miscellaneous duties as required by supervision.
• May be required to assist in training of co-workers on an as needed basis.
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• Associates/Two Year Technical degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Minimum of one (1) year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• English level 85%
• Must be available to work from Tuesday to Saturday

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dental CADCAM software and/or graphic design software
• Experience in a medical device environment
• Experience with custom manufacturing driven by digital technologies and/or software
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player
