Position: Recruiting Coordinator (Junior)

We are looking for a proactive
Recruiting Coordinator (Junior)
to support our Talent Acquisition operations. This role will be responsible for moving pre-screened, referred, and internal candidates efficiently through the recruitment process, ensuring timely coordination and excellent communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the recruitment field.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and move pre-screened and referred candidates through all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Manage communication and scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information in the ATS and internal databases.
  • Support internal movements of consultants who transition to the bench after finishing projects, helping reassign them to new opportunities.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes meet defined timelines and service standards.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, Delivery Managers, and HR operations to accelerate hiring processes and ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Participate in internal meetings to review priorities, vacancies, and process updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in progress (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields).
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support roles.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and workflows.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and candidate tracking systems.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of software or IT recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
