Interacts with cross-functional areas at the Functional Specialty level. Primary liaison with the Marketing Program Managers, Analytics, and Risk to develop sound Business Requirements and work through the business needs to ensure successful project completion. Direct Oversight of Vendor teams to support successful data publish, monitoring and maintenance. Direct working relationship with In Business Control team for monthly Control monitoring and testing Strong Collaboration, acting as an internal consultant with campaign design and requirements Active participation in Strategy meetings and daily Scrums 5-8+ years' experience Complex stakeholder management, understanding needs and KPIs across multiple business stakeholder across USPB, all LOBs and functions 3rd Party Vendor Management and oversight US Regulatory knowledge for data handling, processing and usage Extremely strong Project Management, PMP preferred Strong analytical mindset and hands-on data analytical experience Proven experience in Process Design and Audit / Control landscape Working knowledge of multi-channel, customer centric marketing techniques leveraging a mix of batch and real time data. Experience driving sophisticated exploratory data analysis and provides results to Business Partners SAS, SQL Unix, Oracle Cloud platforms, AWS / Snowflake Data visualization tools (Tableau, etc), dashboarding & reporting Strong skills to de-bug data issues, problem solve across multiple 1P, 2P, 3P data providers Strong knowledge of data integrations, encryption standards and transfer mechanisms (APIs, REST/SOAP webservices, etc) Strong working knowledge base in quantitative and analytical techniques including report analysis, association rules, decision trees, timeline and task plan analysis and visualization techniques. Full knowledge must be gained of platform environments, data and ecosystem. CDP experience preferred Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Big Data Platforms (Hadoop) Experian Marketswitch Python, PySpark Automation Studio Email Studio Audience Builder AMPscript Marketing Cloud Developer Certification US Consumer Credit Bureau Data exposure (Equifax, Experian, Trans Union), experience within similar Regulated Data management For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.
