Position Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the thorough and efficient preparation and execution of audit processes, support the implementation of new tools and software, maintain accurate and accessible internal records, and provide insightful reports and analyses for upper management. Additionally, this role involves monitoring industry trends and social media updates, benchmarking social compliance initiatives, and staying informed about emerging regulations to align our practices with industry standards and best practices. The position aims to support the Global Compliance Manager by providing informed recommendations to ensure our compliance program remains current and effective.

About the role:
- Create comprehensive audit packages, including compiling the factory questionnaire, pre-loading the Audit Report Tool with existing information, attaching the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) from the last audit, and generating a summary report of the factory. This summary report includes key information such as the factory's main details, history, and current open purchase orders, ensuring a thorough and efficient audit preparation process.
- Test new tools to ensure they meet requirements and assist the team with their implementation, providing support throughout the process.
- Maintain and update internal databases, shared folders, and SharePoint to ensure all information is current and easily accessible.
- Develop reports, analyses, and presentations, and provide support in creating these materials for upper management.
- Keep track of news and social media updates from the primary countries and factories involved in LLB production.
- Provide interpretation support for auditors during online worker interviews, translating from English to Spanish and vice versa.
- Document processes.
- Conduct benchmarks of other brands' social compliance initiatives and third-party processes to ensure our program is aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging social compliance and environmental trends and regulations. Provide informed recommendations to the Global Compliance Manager to ensure our practices remain current and effective.

About you:
- English level: C1
- Education level: 4-Year Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Sustainability, or related fields)
- Years of Experience: 1+ in social, environmental or sustainability areas
- Technical knowledge proficiency level: Intermediate MS Excel (Pivot Tables and Functions).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, critical thinking.
- Organized, multi-tasking, creative/proactive.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, ethical.
