About Nova NRG Nova NRG is one of Miami's fastest-growing solar sales companies, helping homeowners across the United States transition to clean and affordable energy.

We are expanding our remote team and seeking experienced closers who are ready to dominate in a high-earning, performance-driven environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Convert warm and cold leads into completed solar sales.
  • Deliver virtual consultations to educate homeowners on solar benefits.
  • Handle objections confidently and consistently close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates to maximize conversions.

What We Offer Compensation & Incentives:

  • Base salary: $800 USD per month
  • Commission: $100 USD per install (average 5–10 installs per month)
  • Uncapped commission structure + performance bonuses

Training & Development:

  • Full training and ongoing mentorship from senior closers

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of closing experience (solar preferred but not required)
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Strong communicator with confidence, resilience, and customer focus
  • Tech-savvy with a reliable home office setup
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
