About the Role:
We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails in both English and Spanish.
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinate mail, packages, and internal scheduling.
- Support basic administrative tasks (filing, document control, etc.).
- Maintain an organized and efficient reception area.
Requirements:
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- High School degree.
- Student in business administration or related.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
