Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities in Human Resources services.
  • Engage and negotiate with decision-makers: HR, Finance, and General Management.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Monitor and achieve commercial KPIs (calls, meetings, opportunities, closures).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B consultative sales.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset and knowledge of the Costa Rica market.
