We are seeking a
Bilingual Data Analyst
to support reporting, data analysis, automation, and executive insights for global operations. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and experience managing data-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update reports in Excel, databases, pivot tables, charts, and data trends (weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
- Coordinate data collection, information extraction, metric validation, and process documentation.
- Analyze data sets to establish baselines and generate actionable insights.
- Lead end-to-end data initiatives: requirements gathering, data specifications, execution, and follow-up.
- Perform complex analysis to provide business insights to cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with IT stakeholders to present findings, assumptions, and recommendations.
- Identify automation opportunities and propose solutions.
- Stay current on tools, updates, and relevant product developments.
Required Profile
- 4–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, automation, and visualization.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros, charts), process management, and data handling.
- Experience in executive reporting and clear data visualization.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical consulting, analysis, or automation.
- Experience in transformation or migration projects (Win10, O365).
- Strong technical knowledge in end-user computing.
- Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate degree.
- English level C1+ (required).
- Desirable knowledge: SQL, XML, PowerShell, Power BI.

Work Conditions
- Salary: ₡ colones (monthly, gross)
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Working time window: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Location: Heredia – AFZ (Free Trade Zone)
