We're looking for smart, passionate technologists.

Our developers are using the most cutting-edge frameworks on the market. We innovate and collaborate using our own on-premise instance of GitHub Enterprise. We've started a corporate Hackathon where our people tackle the problems that matter to them -- and then we follow up to get those solutions into production.

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and work business support requests
• Work in tandem with experienced team members to assist in strategic projects.
• Perform day-to-day Salesforce configuration platform changes.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and end users.
• Participate in daily stand ups, project planning meetings, specifies, grooming, and business requirement gathering sessions.
• Be able to communicate effectively with delivery team on issues, new requirements.
• Conduct testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team.
• Learn and analyze new features from Salesforce releases for use on our platform.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Salesforce CRM customization, support, and configuration on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiar with custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, approval processes, process builders, flows and validation rules.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
