Corporate Operations Supervisor

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Operations Supervisor to oversee and execute daily financial and operational workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. This role supervises finance and operations staff, develops and monitors KPIs, and supports continuous improvement of internal processes. The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and leadership capabilities to ensure seamless coordination between finance, accounting, and business operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting and operational activities, including reconciliations, invoicing, expense processing, AP/AR workflows, reporting, and financial documentation.
• Ensure financial data accuracy, proper documentation, policy adherence, and compliance with internal controls.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Develop, implement, and track KPIs to optimize team productivity, accuracy, and accountability.
• Produce recurring reports and dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.
• Identify gaps in workflow performance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor financial and operational support staff, including delegation of tasks, monitoring workload, and performance tracking.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Assess financial and operational processes to identify inefficiencies or risks and implement improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, internal controls, and documentation to support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, HR, and operations teams to support end-to-end workflows.
• Resolve operational or financial discrepancies professionally and efficiently.
• Support leadership on strategic financial and operational initiatives.
• Prepare financial and operational summaries and present key insights to management.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting operations, corporate operations, or similar roles.
• 4+ years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred).
• Experience with financial operational processes such as reconciliations, AP/AR, reporting, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of financial KPI frameworks and reporting dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Language Proficiency:
  English – Advanced.
• Technical Skills/Software:
  Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in project management or workflow tools (ClickUp, Monday, Asana, or similar); intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); exposure to ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).

Additional Information:

• Availability to commute to La Asunción, Belén de Heredia.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Full-time role; candidate must be flexible with working hours based on operational needs.
