Technology Field Service Engineer III
Descripción de las principales responsabilidades de esta posición:

  • Elaborar oportunamente informes de visitas y de servicios a clientes
  • Trabajar coordinadamente con el respectivo sector del negocio, dando el soporte técnico según sea necesario.
  • Supervisar y controlar la ejecución de los trabajos de su especialidad, investigando, corrigiendo y aplicando las mejoras correspondientes, esto incluye la supervisión de los servicios ejecutados por nuestros sub- contratistas
  • Mantener buenas relaciones con el cliente.
  • Desarrollar y mantener base de datos actualizada que contenga la base instalada de los equipos, partes suministradas por Valmet en el mercado chileno y mantener documentadas las actividades desarrolladas de los servicios prestados.
  • Mantener equipos y herramientas asignados a su respectivo trabajo en buen estado, optimizando el uso y cuidando de los recursos puestos a su cargo.
  • Asegurar la existencia necesaria de repuestos, herramientas y personal idóneo para los servicios que se ejecuten y asegurar que todos los trabajos cumplen con las directrices de HSE de la empresa, de los clientes y normativa local

Requisitos Necesarios Para El Desempeño De Las Actividades

  • Titulado en Ingeniería civil industrial, mecánica industrial o carrera a fin
  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia en cargos similares
  • Ingles oral y escrito avanzado
  • Manejo de office avanzado
  • Experiencia con servicio al cliente.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes dentro y fuera del pais
