Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to lead the initial outreach stage of our sales process. This role requires a high-performing professional who excels at engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and booking high-quality demos for the sales team. The ideal candidate is persuasive, disciplined, and has a strong background in outbound sales or lead generation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria to determine fit and readiness.
  • Schedule product demos and ensure calendar accuracy for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records within HubSpot CRM.
  • Work closely with closers to optimize lead flow and handoff effectiveness.
  • Meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to outreach activity, conversion rates, and booked meetings.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related role.
  • Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 50–80 outbound touches per day.
  • Highly organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Background in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and sales automation tools.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.

Additional Information:

  • Availability to commute to La Asunción, Belén de Heredia.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Full-time role; candidate must be flexible with working hours based on operational needs.
  • Occasional extended hours and some Saturdays may be required.
