This is an entry-level professional role focused on creating user documentation (manuals, guides, SOPs) and interactive training materials. The person in this role will use basic technical knowledge to handle routine tasks, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain client satisfaction while working under the supervision of senior staff.

What you will do

  • Client Relations: Serving as the primary contact for daily client questions about delivery status of materials.

  • Data Analysis: Analyzing specific data sets concerning service quality or client feedback to support routine decision-making.

  • Training Support: Assisting in the creation, updating, and delivery of basic training materials related to quality procedures or service offerings.

What experience you need 

  • 0-6 months demonstrated ability to analyze technical data from stakeholder documentation. (e.g., process specifications, user feedback, engineering notes) and synthesize it into clear, structured informational topics. 

  • 3-6 months basic experience creating, editing, or following procedural documentation (e.g., standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, or internal process docs).

  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, short-term documentation tasks (e.g., content updates, minor revisions) while consistently meeting daily or weekly output deadlines with minimal supervision demonstrated consistently over 6 months.

  • 3-6 months working with basic professional communication protocols, demonstrated through significant project experience, including gathering review feedback or clarification from subject matter experts (SMEs).

  • English proficiency of B2 or higher
