We are looking for a
Sr.
Bilingual Recruiter
to join our internal Talent Acquisition team in Costa Rica. This position plays a key role in driving recruitment strategies, identifying top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across all business areas.

The ideal candidate is a
creative and strategic recruiter
with 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, fluent in English and Spanish, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage.
  • Design and execute
    recruitment strategies
    to attract and engage the best talent in Costa Rica.
  • Proactively source candidates using
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    , job boards, and other creative channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and English assessments when needed.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Draft and update engaging and accurate job postings across platforms.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • + 4 years of experience
    in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
  • Proven ability to create and implement
    recruitment strategies
    that align with business objectives.
  • Experience using
    LinkedIn Recruiter
    and major job boards.
  • Experience supporting multiple positions simultaneously is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    ATS systems and collaborative tools
    such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in
    English and Spanish (minimum B2+, preferred C1).
