We are looking for a
Sr.
Bilingual Recruiter
to join our internal Talent Acquisition team in Costa Rica. This position plays a key role in driving recruitment strategies, identifying top talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across all business areas.
The ideal candidate is a
creative and strategic recruiter
with 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, fluent in English and Spanish, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer stage.
- Design and execute
recruitment strategies
to attract and engage the best talent in Costa Rica. - Proactively source candidates using
LinkedIn Recruiter
, job boards, and other creative channels. - Conduct candidate screenings and English assessments when needed.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Draft and update engaging and accurate job postings across platforms.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. - + 4 years of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in corporate or agency settings. - Proven ability to create and implement
recruitment strategies
that align with business objectives. - Experience using
LinkedIn Recruiter
and major job boards. - Experience supporting multiple positions simultaneously is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
. - Knowledge of
ATS systems and collaborative tools
such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc. - Excellent written and spoken communication in
English and Spanish (minimum B2+, preferred C1).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
