Our Team provides managed services and proactive and reactive support to our global customers. We utilize tools, processes, and knowledge to integrate and maintain our clients' Akamai security, media, and performance solutions.

Partner with our carrier customers

You'll be involved with projects end-to-end, from design through implementation, testing and sign-off. As the technical expert, you will lead the way in delivering the best solution to our customers. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, in a fast-moving environment, across our cutting-edge technologies you'll never stop learning.

As an Associate Solutions Architect , you will be responsible for:

Owning all technical aspects of delivery (e.g. design, test, go-live) of Carrier Licensed ProductsBeing a proactive technical consultant for our customers, delivering value with every engagementInnovating and continually improving our internal methodologies and processesPartnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues that arise during customer implementations.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant engineering/science fields or relevant work experience.Have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate highly technical information in a concise mannerHave knowledge of DNS Servers and technology and the following internet/networking protocols: HTTP, TCP, UDP, SNMP and RADIUS.Have experience with CentOS and/or Red Hat Linux and associated Linux tools,Have experience in one or more of, Scripting Languages (Bash and/or Python), Network Routing/Switching and API.
