Position: Technical Support Intern

Location: Costa Rica

Type of Contract: Outsourcing – Temporary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues and clearly communicate findings to help improve technical support processes.
  • Support company events, including system configuration, equipment setup, and demonstrations.
  • Install and configure hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Process spare-part requests and maintain organized stock records.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Network Communications Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or relevant field.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills, written and verbally in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office, VMS Software, know sniffers, NCOM Catch, such as commonly used network serial port caught tools.
