Position: Technical Support Intern
Location: Costa Rica
Type of Contract: Outsourcing – Temporary
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues and clearly communicate findings to help improve technical support processes.
- Support company events, including system configuration, equipment setup, and demonstrations.
- Install and configure hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Process spare-part requests and maintain organized stock records.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Network Communications Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or relevant field.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills, written and verbally in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office, VMS Software, know sniffers, NCOM Catch, such as commonly used network serial port caught tools.
