Marketing
The eRB function is the eCommerce and digital execution engine of Reckitt. We help create a healthier, cleaner world by building shared success with our consumers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible through online channels.
Within eRB we're focused on accelerating the performance and purpose of Reckitt brands to empower a bigger, faster and bolder eCommerce and digital business. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
Reckitt has around 800 eCommerce people across the world. In-market roles cover areas such as online Key Accounts and Performance Marketing, regional roles work with the markets to provide specialist expertise to accelerate online growth, and our global teams cover areas such as Amazon, EB2B and Direct to Consumer.

Your responsibilities
Marketing Execution
- Localize and execute the regional Marketing plans for each CAM market.
- Lead execution of ATL, Digital, OOH campaigns and manage media agencies (no local media teams per market).
- Prepare media briefs, monitor performance, and manage agency deliverables.
- Develop and execute BTL activities (events, sampling, promotions).
- Manage complete 360° campaign execution: media + digital + BTL + PR + trade.
Brand & Portfolio Management
- Lead end‑to‑end product launches: innovation readiness, artwork, codes, timelines, coordination with PMOs and Regulatory teams.
- Conduct P&L analysis for assigned brands and ensure profitability.
- Monitor sell‑out performance and propose corrective actions.
Commercial & Market Strategy
- Align targets, priorities, pricing, and plans with the commercial team.
- Build volume forecasts and building blocks for each country.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Prioritize initiatives across brands and markets to maximize impact.
Budget & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Manage the Marketing budget and ensure efficient and compliant execution.
- Work closely with Trade Marketing to ensure perfect in‑store implementation.
- Collaborate with media, creative, BTL agencies, and internal teams such as Supply, Quality, Regulatory, Innovation.
The experience we're looking for
- 8+ years in FMCG Marketing.
- Proven experience executing media, BTL, and 360 campaigns.
- Strong P&L management experience.
- Desirable: 2+ years in Trade Marketing.
- Experience managing multiple brands or complex portfolios.
