Role Summary
This is a temporary, full-time role with an end date of June 30, 2026. This exciting role is part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. The Associate Subscriptions Recovery Agent I will handle a variety of post-sales service functions and interact with internal customers to successfully achieve resolutions related to our subscriptions. This role will comply with the established Quality guidelines for the business. Accountable to review and complete all courses required in the Quality Management System (QMS). Adhere to Company Quality Policy.
Key Responsibilities
Role Expectations
- Perform Subscriptions Renewals/Extensions for the iTero intraoral scanner
- Perform billing processes related to subscription services.
- Independently manage assignments requiring proactive problem-solving and a high level of initiative to effectively resolve complex issues.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Other duties may be assigned.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we're looking for
Typically
- Proficiency in English (C1 level of fluency preferred)
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrates proficiency in data analytics to uncover opportunities for improvement
- Proficiency of CRM (Preferable ) and ERP System (SAP)
- Microsoft Office Package knowledge (Power Point, Excel, Word). Intermediate Excel required
- Thinks broadly, utilizing critical thinking and sound judgment
- Manages execution of and prioritizes multiple tasks
- Shows initiative, takes action, and maintains ownership
- Results driven.
- High School Degree. Technical Degree is a plus
- 2 - 4 years of customer service-related experience.
