The
Controls and Financial Reporting Data Analyst Junior
  role combines key internal control and reporting functions with technical data analysis skills. It's a strategic position within finance teams, focused on continuous process improvement through optimization and standardization.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating current processes and financial reports to provide solutions that promote standardization and optimization using new technologies. You will also be responsible for updating processes and work instructions that document these processes.

The person in this role will actively collaborate with all members of the GFO, SAR COE, and R2R teams and will have visibility into various financial processes, such as local reports for Financial Statements, Fixed Assets, and Inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Query
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
