We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as a
HR Generalist / HR Operations Expert
for the LATAM region. As part of our global HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and delivering exceptional employee experience. This position combines hands-on HR administration with strategic support for people processes across multiple regions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and global standards.
  • Maintaining accurate HR data and supporting reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless processes.
  • Driving process improvements and contributing to HR projects that enhance efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Supporting strategic HR initiatives and advising senior management

Your Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office; SAP HR experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken
