Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Coordinador de Proyectos, located in San José. The Coordinador de Proyectos will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring goals are met within the designated timeline and budget. This includes coordinating across teams, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders, and identifying and mitigating project risks. The role also involves monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Organizational skills, including task prioritization and resource allocation
  • Team Coordination and Leadership abilities, with strong interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address challenges and implement solutions effectively
  • Experience with Project Budgeting, Planning, and Risk Management
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members
  • Proficiency in Project Management Software and tools
  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a project coordination or management role is highly advantageous
