As an Outbound Mortgage Recruiter, you'll drive our clients' growth by identifying, engaging, and converting licensed loan officers across the U.S. into new opportunities. You'll operate much like a Business Development Representative—owning the outreach, presenting their value proposition, and booking qualified meetings that directly impact team expansion. Success means measurable daily activity, strong conversion rates, and the ability to consistently represent a trusted mortgage brand with professionalism and energy.

Core outcomes:

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to U.S.-based loan officers.
  • Present their value proposition persuasively and handle objections effectively.
  • Book 3–5 qualified meetings per day with interested candidates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and weekly reporting metrics.
  • Collaborate with client leadership to optimize outreach strategy and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in outbound recruiting or business development.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Experience using mainstream CRM platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Reliable wired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a professional remote workspace.
  • Authorized to work as a contractor in LATAM time zones with full EST availability.
