Long time experience company located in Escazú, seeking for Hotel Front Desk Representatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist, located in Escazú. The person in the position will be responsible for day-to-day front desk operations including greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, resolving issues, process payments, performing administrative tasks using computer systems and communication skills as well as answering phone calls and emails. The Hotel Receptionist will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and assist with any guest-related issues promptly and efficiently. Also will be expected to coordinate tasks with housekeeping and maintenance as well as providing assistance on basic accounting.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations
  • Experience with sales
  • Strong Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software is an advantage
  • Capability to identify and creatively solve guest issues and logistical challenges
  • A well-groomed and professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with guests and staff
