As a Welcome Call Agent at Solventum, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging Welcome Calls to our patients, providing comprehensive details about our services.
- Provide clear return instructions and essential financial information, including insurance details.
- Offer reliable technical support contact details and inform customers about our hours of operation.
- Answer customer questions thoroughly and gather alternative contact information for better communication.
- Lead informative calls from patients, physicians, and facility employees regarding NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy).
- Implement critical thinking to effectively analyze and address callers' requests.
- Determine the best solutions for customers based on established guidelines and your expertise.
- Support various workstreams within the organization by providing accurate information to callers or redirecting them to the appropriate team.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/ bachelor's degree
- Advanced English (oral and written) C1.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Flexible & Adaptable – with schedule, workflow processes and priorities.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with patients.
- Clear and concise verbal communication.
- Active listening skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Ability to convey a positive customer service and team-oriented attitude.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- At least 6 months of customer care experience.
- Healthcare call center experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
