Como un
Customer Success Manager (SMB),
serás parte de un equipo ágil y altamente calificado, comprometido en respaldar y desarrollar soluciones innovadoras que respondan a las necesidades de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades y Funciones

  • Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes, incluyendo stakeholders ejecutivos.
  • Comprender los objetivos del cliente y desarrollar estrategias consultivas para alcanzarlos.
  • Gestionar el proceso de onboarding: configuración de cuenta, capacitaciones, campañas iniciales de phishing y gestión del cambio.
  • Monitorear el uso del producto, adopción y métricas de salud del cliente.
  • Realizar revisiones periódicas de negocio y engagement estratégico con stakeholders.
  • Identificar oportunidades de

    y
    cross-sell
    .
  • Coordinar con Renewal Specialists y Account Managers para renovaciones y upgrades.
  • Promover el uso frecuente y la adopción de nuevas funcionalidades del producto.
  • Participar en iniciativas transversales para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de cuentas en el CRM.
  • Cumplir y superar cuotas de ventas.

Requisitos y Habilidades

  • +2 años de experiencia previa como Customer Success Manager.
  • Experiencia en manejo y métricas de salud de cuentas.
  • Manejo de Salesforce u otro CRM.
  • Uso de Gmail y Google Docs.
  • Dominio de MS Office (Word y Excel).
  • Experiencia con navegadores web (Chrome, IE, etc.).
  • Familiaridad con conceptos básicos de ciberseguridad / IT Security.
  • Exposición o experiencia en IT (deseable).
  • Título técnico o experiencia laboral equivalente (preferido).
