Software Integration Clinical Analyst

Job Description
In this role, you will serve as the primary clinical authority, providing guidance and making informed decisions to ensure successful software integration. You will act as a trusted advisor within the team, leveraging your clinical expertise to implement solutions with best practices and operational workflows.

This position requires close collaboration across multiple departments, including R&D, Commercial and Operations to deliver software implementations and optimize user adoption.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for clinical related documentation and guidelines modifications.
• Conduct the train the trainers' sessions for every release cycle and any calibration required.
• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert, supporting cross-department communication and task coordination.
• Participate on site and virtual testing for software related-clinical needs.
• Provide clinical consulting and guidance for day-to-day operational needs.
• Proactively design and define clinical testing to support implementation success.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, primarily, designers to drive effective software adoption.
• Actively analyze data to define clinical requirements for software implementation.
• Assess potential clinical risks during implementation and propose mitigation strategies.
• Take ownership of product development-clinical aspects follow-up to ensure alignment.
• Any additional clinical duties as required by the department

Requirements
Job Requirements:

• Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery, Dental Medicine, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the clear aligner industry
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to perform data-driven analysis and make informed decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Flexibility to rotate more frequently for on-site testing and accommodate out-of-schedule requirements when needed.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in software or product development environments.
• Project management certifications or demonstrated experience in managing projects.
• Six Sigma certification (White, Yellow, or Green Belt) or equivalent.
