Responsibilities
:

  • Learn, apply and share knowledge of products, manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Lead or participate in projects to maximize productivity.
  • Lead or participate in cost reduction projects, such as: scrap reduction, flow improvement, inventory reduction, cycle time reduction, etc.
  • Monitor manufacturing process activities, measure important process characteristics and analyze variation in order to detect and reduce waste.
  • Analyze and provide information for decision making related to the outcome of key indicators for the manufacturing process.
  • Lead or participate in the introduction of new part numbers into an existing technology platform or process.
  • Lead process and equipment validations (IQ, OQ, PQ).
  • Sourcing and implementing new technologies that maximize the operation. E.g. Obsolescence, increased capacity, versatility, ergonomics, etc.
  • Participate in the activities of multidisciplinary teams for the solution of problems related to product quality (NCMR's, CARS, SCARS, CAPA's, etc.)
  • All other functions with respect to the manufacturing process.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Industrial Maintenance Engineering
  • 1 year experience in manufacturing companies
  • Previous experience in manufacturing project management
  • Knoweldge in: MS Project, Minitab.

Detalles adicionales:

  • Los perfiles que sean cercanos a la zona, perfiles de Cartago o la zona Este de San José no se podrían tomar en cuenta por distancia.
  • La posición está enfocada en la gestión de proyectos dentro de la planta, realizará casos financieros y validación de los proyectos y las líneas de producción que se implementaron.
  • Se tomarán en cuenta perfiles de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Química y Mantenimiento Industrial
  • Se requiere al menos 1 año de experiencia previa, y se pueden tomar en cuenta candidatos que hayan realizado pasantías.
  • El nivel de inglés es B1 o B2, 
    se aplicará la prueba Berlitz
    .
  • Sería un plus si tienen experiencia en Industria Médica, pero no es indispensable para la posición.
  • Los candidatos deben contar con disponibilidad inmediata, ya que se espera
    ingresen el 10 de Noviembre.
