Responsabilidades / Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Payroll Jr. Analyst with a strong accounting background, SAP accounting knowledge, and English proficiency (B2 or higher). This role is essential to ensure accurate payroll processing and account reconciliations while complying with internal policies and local regulations.

  • Process payroll for monthly, semi-monthly, and weekly cycles.
  • Validate and control timekeeping inputs.
  • Prepare accounting records and perform account reconciliations.
  • Manage third-party payments and regulatory filings.
  • Support processes related to SAP accounting and internal systems (Workday, Dimensions).

Requisitos / Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2–3 years in payroll processing and accounting.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • SAP (accounting module) – mandatory.
  • Costa Rican labor legislation.
  • Language: English B2 or higher (mandatory).
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Workday and Dimensions.
