  • Supervisar y coordinar el area de customer care
  • Supervisar atencion al cliente, brindar atencion de cliente, manejo de personal, gestionar quejas, brindar soluciones a clientes, medición de desempeño de personal, toma de decisiones


Requisitos
  • 3 a 5 años en posiciones como servicio al cliente, call center
  • Bachiller en educacion media, estudiante universitario de administración
  • Preferiblemente experiencia de sector turístico o hotelero
  • Inglés B2+ o superior.
