MOVE Your Business is proud to represent Accelerate Lender Services, a U.S.-based company specializing in foreclosure services. They focus on assisting lenders with the process of taking a home or property due to a borrower's non-payment. Their mission is to provide practical, reliable solutions that help lending professionals manage foreclosure matters with confidence and efficiency.

On behalf of Accelerate Lender Services, we are seeking an exceptional Virtual Assistant to support the President in building and scaling a new foreclosure trustee services company. Foreclosure is the process of taking a home or property due to a borrower's non-payment. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can serve as a force multiplier for an executive managing multiple business priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support & Priority Management
  • Maintain and proactively manage the President's calendar, task lists, and competing priorities across multiple business entities
  • Provide daily/weekly priority reviews to ensure critical deadlines and initiatives stay on track
  • Anticipate needs and identify potential scheduling conflicts or priority misalignments before they become issues
  • Serve as an accountability partner for project completion and follow-through

  • Business Operations & Project Management

  • Drive new initiatives from concept to execution, taking ownership of discrete projects
  • Create and maintain systems for tracking foreclosure cases, deadlines, and compliance requirements
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures as the business scales
  • Coordinate with outside parties
  • Manage document preparation, review workflows, and quality control processes

  • Administrative Excellence

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for contracts, cases, and business records
  • Handle vendor management, contract tracking, and renewal notifications
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant for at least 2 years, preferably supporting senior management, C-level executives, or attorneys.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment, ideally in foreclosure, real estate, or legal services.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you write clearly, professionally, and persuasively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive legal and financial information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with document management, workflow automation, or other process optimization tools.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
  • Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required prior to onboarding.

Working Hours:

Full Time (40 hours per week)

Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time

Pay: $800 + $55 Allowance per month

Pay: ₡390,000.00 per month
