Job Description

  • Identify, investigate, monitor and document patterns and trends in post market surveillance data.
  • Product subject matter expert of complaints area for moderate complexity products.
  • Daily revision and approval of complaints' investigations across multiple products.
  • Complaints WIP management and creation/execution of strategies to maintain a healthy backlog per corresponding metrics.  
  • Leadership of investigations associated to identified complaints' trends with cross-functional teams.
  • Completion of analysis and execution of investigations related to monthly statistical signals through signal evaluation forms (SEFs).
  • Development of product analysis techniques.
  • Statistical analysis of failure modes.
  • Communicate analysis of product performance considering risk and business-based approach through formal presentations to management committees and cross functional teams (sales, marketing, design, manufacturing, production).
  • Initiate, investigate, and assist in generation and completion of NCEPs/CAPAs.
  • Partner with investigators to define investigation priorities per product backlog and performance.
  • In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

 What we're looking for:

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Electrical Industrial Maintenance or related.
  • English Level (B2 to C1)
  • 2+ years in quality engineering
  • Desirable experience in post market/complaints, product quality engineering.
  • Problem Solving, quality systems experience.
