Job Summary

Join our team as a Policy Servicing Specialist where you will utilize your expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance to manage and enhance policy servicing processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage and process policy servicing requests efficiently to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline policy servicing operations and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and generate reports for policy servicing activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide policy-related information.
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all policy servicing activities.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of new policy servicing procedures.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of policy servicing processes through feedback and innovative ideas.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of policy servicing operations.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to resolve any technical issues related to policy servicing systems.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and strategies for improvement.
  • Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality policy servicing that positively impacts clients and society.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to perform daily tasks efficiently.
  • Possess strong knowledge and experience in Life and Annuities Insurance to handle complex policy servicing scenarios.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Show attention to detail and accuracy in managing policy data and documentation.
  • Display problem-solving skills to address and resolve policy servicing issues promptly.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
