British American Tobacco  Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for an Order to Cash Junior Analyst in Heredia

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handle multiple customer accounts for reconciliation collection efforts.
• Direct management with the end market for adjustments and request.
• Monitoring and compensation of product returns nationwide.
• Proactive Customer relationship building, continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?

• Currently studying or graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 1+ years of experience or knowledge in Accounts Receivable (OTC) within the Business-to-Business space, preferably with experience in collections.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
• Intermediate English level.
• Be a great teammate to achieve departmental targets. An eye to details and work in sync with global processes.
• Assertiveness and the ability to utilize own initiative and judgement. Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships both internally and externally.
