For this role, you will need:
Act as a payroll analyst, providing end-to-end operational support. Ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with legal and policy requirements. Collaborate with regional global teams to meet or exceed SLA targets. Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues proactively. Support audits, reporting, and reconciliations as needed. Partner with internal departments such as HR, Finance, and DHCM to resolve payroll-related queries.
Preferred qualifications that set you a part:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Payroll, Business, Accountant or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of related work experience, preferably in a multi-division, multi-state environment.
- Experience with Oracle applications would be preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas and analytics
