Necessary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
- Maintain accurate records is essential for regulatory compliance and financial integrity.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to support the finance team and overall business objectives.
- Managing the end-to-end process of invoice handling within the Concur system
Requirements:
- Advanced student of Accountant, Finance or Administration.
- Basic English
- MS Office
Other details:
- In person internship in Zona Franca Coyol, Alajuela.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (can be flexible depending on university schedule).
- Duration of internship: 6 months, with possibility to extension based on performance
