About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled
Prompt Engineer
to join our team. This role goes beyond creativity and language — it's a
technical position
focused on designing, developing, and optimizing advanced prompt architectures across multiple AI models to drive measurable business outcomes.
You'll work at the intersection of
AI, product strategy, and system design
, helping us build scalable, reliable, and intelligent prompt frameworks that power real-world applications.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement high-performing prompt systems and frameworks for production-grade AI use cases.
- Develop structured, modular prompt templates aligned with specific business goals and operational constraints.
- Run A/B tests, output evaluations, and few-shot benchmarking experiments to measure and refine system performance.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to integrate AI workflows into core business processes.
- Translate complex business rules and objectives into structured prompt logic and system designs.
- Maintain internal documentation, guidelines, and prompt libraries for cross-functional teams.
- Stay current with rapid developments in LLMs, multimodal AI, and safety/alignment principles.
What We're Looking For
- Deep technical understanding of
large language models (LLMs)
, their architectures, and constraints (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models). - Proven experience designing and iterating
prompt systems at scale
across multiple domains or products. - Programming experience in building
prompt pipelines, AI agents, or RAG-based systems
. - Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with
data-driven experimentation and evaluation metrics
. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
