Employee Support team is responsible for handling employees' Data Updates, Exit Management, Service Request Management, Automation Projects. This team is inclined towards ensuring great employee experience.

The Senior HR Operations Administrator will manage the Global Employee Support profile. In this role you will manage various global processes. You will develop within a dynamic technology company as we look to improve and modify our processes.

As an Senior HR Operations Administrator , you will be responsible for:

• Responding to HR general questions from Business partners, which come in through an automated ticketing system
• Supporting HR Systems in Partnership with IT to ensure System Upgrades and System Changes are implemented successfully.
• Working in partnership with HRBP's, Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll, and others to respond to inquiries
• Auditing to ensure our Internal Process and Knowledge Articles are well document and available for our Global Team
• Participating and Leading HR projects and special programs.
• Analyzing Operational data and make recommendations to the management team for process improvements

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business or a related field
• Demonstrate good written, verbal communication and Presentation Skills (English and Spanish).
• Have experience in HR Teams, understanding HR Processes end to end (Candidate Support, Onboarding, Employee Support)
• Have experience managing / Leading small teams.
• Have experience with MS Office and Google Suite (Excel, PPT, MS Word)
• Be familiar with ServiceNow (Reporting and Case Management) and End User Oracle HCM Cloud (as an HRIS)
• Demonstrate Project management skills and adapting quickly to changes.
