This position centers on supporting both our valued clients and internal stakeholders through strategic sourcing initiatives and comprehensive contract lifecycle management. You'll serve as the cornerstone of our supplier onboarding and compliance processes, maintaining the integrity of our contract databases while fostering strong relationships with vendors, operations teams, and corporate stakeholders. Your expertise will drive compliance across multiple platforms and risk management systems, while your collaborative approach will strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional facilities management services.What your day-to-day will look like:Manage comprehensive supplier onboarding processes, including due diligence completion and Corrigo platform administration to ensure seamless integration of new service providersMaintain meticulous contract database integrity across multiple data management platforms, ensuring accurate documentation and easy accessibility for stakeholdersCoordinate contract negotiations and communications between suppliers and operations teams, facilitating smooth project execution and relationship managementProcess and monitor Certificates of Insurance (COI) requirements through various platforms including ISNetworld and Avetta, ensuring full compliance with JLL Corporate and client-specific standardsAdminister and organize supplier files, contracts, amendments, insurance certificates, and other critical contractual documents in accordance with JLL and client requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries, providing expert guidance on COI exceptions and risk management processesSupport incoming and outgoing service provider transitions by developing comprehensive transition plans and communicating contract modifications to relevant stakeholdersConduct regular audits of sourcing and contracting policies to ensure adherence to established procedures and identify opportunities for process improvementCollaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management teams to review contractual terms, secure proper approvals, and maintain compliance with organizational standardsRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in procurement or contract management2-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, contract administration, or supplier relationship managementProficiency with contract management platforms and database systems, with strong technical aptitude for learning new software applicationsDemonstrated experience with Certificate of Insurance processing and risk management compliance requirementsStrong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across multiple systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholdersProven organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications:Experience with facilities management or commercial real estate industry practices and terminologyFamiliarity with Corrigo, ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar vendor management and risk assessment platformsKnowledge of legal contract terms, risk assessment principles, and insurance requirements in commercial settingsPrevious experience supporting Integrated Facilities Management operations or similar service-oriented business modelsProfessional certification in procurement, contract management, or supply chain management (CPSM, CPCM, or equivalent)Location: On-site –Belen, CRIIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableAt JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
