We are looking for an
Amazon Retail Operations Associate
to support the day-to-day operational execution of our Amazon retail and media activities. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the world of eCommerce and marketplace operations.

You will work closely with account managers, commerce strategists, and Amazon representatives to ensure flawless catalog management, inventory accuracy, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations & Catalog Management

  • Maintain and update product listings (titles, bullet points, images, A+ content).
  • Ensure catalog accuracy and consistency across all product pages.
  • Monitor inventory levels, Buy Box stability, pricing, variations, and suppressed listings.
  • Escalate compliance, inventory, or catalog issues to internal teams.
  • Execute updates in
    Seller Central
    and
    Vendor Central
    .

Reporting & Data Quality Assurance

  • Validate that campaign and sales data flow correctly into dashboards.
  • Support weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Identify data anomalies and notify analytics or commerce teams.

Operational Excellence

  • Document workflows and best practices for catalog updates and reporting.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate with technology teams on automation initiatives.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with commerce strategists, account managers, and brand teams.
  • Communicate with Amazon support teams when issues arise.
  • Support onboarding and training of future associates as the team grows.

Technical Skills:

Languages:
English B2 (written and spoken).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, eCommerce
    , or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience
    in eCommerce, marketplace operations, retail operations, or Amazon account management.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Amazon Seller Central
    or
    Vendor Central
    (strongly preferred).
  • Basic understanding of: Catalog management, Product variations, PDP optimization and Inventory monitoring.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with
    Excel/Google Sheets
    and dashboards.
  • Fluent in English (required).
  • Flexible work environment with commitment to
    3 days/week in-office.
