Job Description

The Scrum Master will act as the Project Manager for the implementation of a data platform, facilitating Agile processes and ensuring the successful delivery of the project across all phases. This role will coordinate closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain project momentum and remove any impediments.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.


• Remove impediments and blockers affecting the development team.


• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.


• Track project progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.


• Manage scope, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.


• Coordinate alignment workshops with stakeholders and support requirements gathering.


• Guide the team in adhering to Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.


• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and executive stakeholders.


• Facilitate risk management and problem resolution.


• Support team development and promote continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years working as a Scrum Master.


• Experience managing data platform, business intelligence, or analytics projects.


• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.


• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.


• Advanced English level (spoken and written) is required.


• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.


• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate complex organizational environments.


• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
