Tasks And Responsabilities

  • Expertise in investigating Intercompany differences.
  • Strong KPI steering on team level and a driver of improvement measures.
  • Collaborate with the management execution of the month end close accounting and reporting activities.
  • Support legal entities closing process.
  • Contact business (Sales & Marketing, Production, Source to Pay, among others) for clarification of business requirements.
  • Performs manual General Ledger tasks such as postings via WPA/MPW in order of seeing the accounting movements reflected in SAP. Also monitoring and cleaning the accounts.
  • Analyze and comment the significant variations of different accounts every month.
  • Review the company closing results and provide follow-up to the different topics to solve the pending/open issues.
  • Performs actual reporting, update and analyze monthly reporting results.
  • Get a proper understanding and follow up in variances/findings over threshold in the data package reports.
  • Support asset management team.
  • Get insight into ProKon data model and BayReP data delivery.
  • Analyze and comment on the significant variations of different NA accounts every month via Trintech tool.
  • Get a proper understanding and follow up in variances/findings over threshold in the datapackage reports.
  • Perform BayReP closing activities, handle import / validation errors of assigned companies etc.

Who You Are

  • Solid Accounting & SAP knowledge in P4S 100/150, PBC, H2R, S92 (Mandatory)
  • Advance Excel (Mandatory)
  • English language skills (Mandatory).
  • Studies in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar. (Mandatory)
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Accounting positions.
  • Meaningful and well-built stakeholder relationship.
  • Being able to teach others and invest in the expertise and capabilities of the people.
  • Being resolutive, independent and a decision-making person.
  • Thorough knowledge of Bayer Group Reporting requirements, IFRS and accounting principles.
  • Result-orientation, ability to work under pressure and capacity to prioritize properly the workload.
  • Demonstrated teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, with initiative and persistence for follow-up.
