Job Description:

Our Technology Project Manager will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, reporting, and insights across our technology enablement initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in managing complex projects from start to finish. The role involves overseeing technology projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring data-driven decision-making through consistent reporting and analytics. Working closely with technology, business, and leadership teams, this individual will ensure all initiatives align with company objectives and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the execution of key technology enablement initiatives, including SaaS platform implementations, integrations, and lifecycle management.
  • Establish and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency within the technology enablement function.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication and accountability across teams.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technology-related meetings, tracking action items through completion.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the intake, evaluation, and prioritization process for new technology tools and platforms.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of active tools, contracts, renewals, and usage metrics.
  • Support workforce and financial planning by aligning technology staffing, capacity, and budget with strategic priorities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase scalability, transparency, and reporting quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, business operations, or reporting roles within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management expertise with experience in agile or iterative methodologies.
  • Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and project management tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, , Azure DevOps).
  • Hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and technology adoption initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher (CEFR), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Certification strongly preferred.
