Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Services and Operations FP&A team. This role supports the Evergreen Subscriptions and Operations business by reviewing subscription deals, generating financial insights, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze key business drivers, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with direct exposure to senior leadership. The role reports to the FP&A Sr. Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
Review subscription deal quotes and provide approvals.
Conduct analysis of subscription deals to ensure accuracy and alignment with company strategy and financial policies.
Reconcile and assess changes in the install base and subscription performance drivers.
Provide insights that challenge assumptions and support business decisions.
Collaborate with Sales, IT, Install Base, and other internal teams.
Deliver ad hoc financial analyses to support evolving business priorities.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to leaders and stakeholders.
Non-managerial position.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, program management, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Advanced English proficiency (C1).
Desired Skills
Experience with GenAI or similar technologies.
Exposure to subscription-based business models or SaaS FP&A.
Familiarity with financial planning tools and reporting systems.
