Ensure that the entire facility or plant is operating effectively and efficiently. Working on new construction projects, office and production equipment relocation. Supervision of Facilities Contractors and Technicians. Assisting in Budgeting and cost control on projects and maintenance. Schedule utilities equipment and building maintenance activities. Implementation of predictive/preventive/corrective maintenance of utilities and building maintenance equipment Assist in Commissioning of facilities equipment and equipment transfers. Gives technical guidance to facilities technicians and contract personnel. Interface with various vendors that support the plant and its operating systems Experience in facilities systems qualification and validation, including CMS, CDA, and HVAC systems. Experience supporting or leading facility audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Electromechanical, Engineering or related field. English Level desired: 80% - 89%. At least 6 years of experience in similar position.
