THE ROLE

As a SaaS Network Engineer, you will be part of the regional network engineering team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of network infrastructure for our SaaS platforms. You will ensure reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency in delivering services to our customers. This role requires strong technical expertise in enterprise networking and cloud environments, as well as a proactive approach to automation and continuous improvement.

OPPORTUNITIES

• You will implement, configure, and maintain network infrastructure for SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• You will support DevOps and TechOps teams in delivering secure and scalable network solutions.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
• You will collaborate with global product, security, and operations teams to align network design with business and security requirements.
• You will participate in the development and enforcement of network standards, policies, and procedures.
• You will monitor network performance and optimize configurations to meet SLAs.
• You will assist in integrating new technologies and tools to improve service delivery and automation.
• You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

SKILLS

• You should have proven experience in enterprise networking, SaaS, and/or cloud environments.

• Strong knowledge of:

Cisco firewalls, routers, and switches

Routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF)

Enterprise-level switching (Arista, Aruba, Cisco, Plexxi)

• Familiarity with:
  
  Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems
  
  Microsoft Azure networking (a plus)
  
  Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins)
• Understanding of security concepts, IAM, and firewalls (including WAF).
• Experience with load balancers, proxies, and containerized environments is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong DBA knowledge
• Experience with VPN configuration
• Familiarity with 6WIND
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
